ALOO BHINDI KI SABZI
Ingredients:
- Potatoes : 4
- Bhindi (Lady Fingers) : 300 gms
- Saunf (Fennel seeds) : ½ tsp
- Onions : 2 finely chopped
- Green chillies : 3 to 4 (long slit)
- Garlic : 10 to 15 cloves
- Red Chilli Powder : 1
tsp
- Dhania Jeera Powder : 1 tsp
- Haldi (Turmeric) : 1 tsp
- Amchur (Dry Mango Powder) : 1 ½ tsp
- Chat Masala : 1 tsp
- Besan (Gram Flour) : 3 tsp
- Oil : 3 to 4 tbsp
- Heeng (Asafoetida) : ¼ tsp
Method:
- Heat
a Pan. Add ½ tsp Saunf (Fennel
seeds) . fry for 2 mins. then add Jeera – Heeng – Ginger & Green
chillies Paste – Onion. When the
Onions become translucent, add Potatoes .
Fry for 5 mins. then add Bhindi (Lady fingers)- Red Chilli Powder –
Dhania Jeera Powder – Besan- Haldi (Turmeric) – Garam Masala Powder – Salt
- Cover
the Pan and cook for 8 to 10 mins.
Keep checking it in between and stirring.
- Our
Aloo Bhindi is ready to serve !!!!
- Serve
with Rotis, Chapatis or Naan…
