GREEN CHUTNEY

Preparation Time :  10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • Coriander Leaves                    :  1 cup
  • Mint Leaves                                        :   ½ cup
  •  Green chillies                         :    3
  • Garlic cloves                            :    6 to
  • Ginger                                     :    1 inch piece
  • Cumin seeds                            :     1 tsp
  • Dalia (Roasted Bengal Gram) :     2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice                            :    Juice of 1 lemon
  • Chaat Masala                          :    1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water (used to grind chutney)
Method:
  • In a Blender….add Coriander leaves, Mint Leaves, Green chillies, Garlic cloves, Ginger, Cumin seeds, Dalia & Chaat Masala. Grind it to a smooth paste.
  • Remove the chutney from the Blender and add salt & Mix well.
  • Green Chutney is ready to use with Sandwiches, Kababs, Bhajias and many more !!!!!
