GREEN CHUTNEY
Preparation
Time : 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
- Coriander Leaves
: 1 cup
- Mint Leaves : ½ cup
- Green chillies : 3
- Garlic cloves : 6 to
- Ginger : 1 inch piece
- Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
- Dalia (Roasted Bengal Gram) : 2 tsp
- Lemon Juice : Juice of 1 lemon
- Chaat Masala : 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water
(used to grind chutney)
Method:
- In a Blender….add Coriander leaves, Mint
Leaves, Green chillies, Garlic cloves, Ginger, Cumin seeds, Dalia &
Chaat Masala. Grind it to a smooth paste.
- Remove the chutney from the Blender and add
salt & Mix well.
- Green Chutney is ready to use with
Sandwiches, Kababs, Bhajias and many more !!!!!
