TOMATO OMELETTE

Tomato Omelette Recipe

Preparation Time :  30 Minutes
Serving                  :  6

Ingredients:

  • Bengal Gram Flour (Besan) :  1 Cup
  • Rice Flour                              :   1/2 Cup
  • Onions                                    :   2
  • Ginger -Garlic-Green Chillies Paste : ( 1 Inch Ginger+ 8 Green chillies +10 Garlic)
  • Corriander                             :  1 Cup
  • Turmeric (Haldi)                   :  1 Tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder                 :  1/2 Tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water                                      :  (2 Cups ) (or as Required)
Method:

  • Take a big Glass Bowl and Mid all the above Ingredients in the bowl.  Then Add water to this mixture and Mix well.  Now add Corriander, Mix well.
  • Heat a Pan (Tawa) 
  • Drizzle 2 Tsps of Oil on the Pan
  • With the help of a big spoon take the batter and sprinkle on the Pan.  Heat on one side 2 minutes and Flip the Omelette on the other side. Put some oil on the other side and let it cook till golden brown. 
  • Remove the Tomato Omelette on a Plate and serve with Tomato Sauce or Green Chutney (Corriander Chutney)
