Tomato Omelette Recipe

Ingredients:
- Bengal Gram Flour (Besan) : 1 Cup
- Rice Flour
: 1/2
Cup
- Onions
: 2
- Ginger -Garlic-Green Chillies Paste : ( 1 Inch
Ginger+ 8 Green chillies +10 Garlic)
- Corriander
: 1 Cup
- Turmeric (Haldi)
: 1 Tsp
- Red Chilli Powder
: 1/2 Tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water
: (2 Cups ) (or as Required)
Method:
- Take a big Glass Bowl and Mid all the above Ingredients
in the bowl. Then Add water to this mixture and Mix well. Now
add Corriander, Mix well.
- Heat a Pan (Tawa)
- Drizzle 2 Tsps of Oil on the Pan
- With the help of a big spoon take the batter and
sprinkle on the Pan. Heat on one side 2 minutes and Flip the
Omelette on the other side. Put some oil on the other side and let it cook
till golden brown.
- Remove the Tomato Omelette on a Plate and serve with
Tomato Sauce or Green Chutney (Corriander Chutney)
