GARLIC CHUTNEY

Ingredients:
  • Garlic                                                :   2 Big (Full garlic)
  • Dry Red Chillies (Kashmiri Chillies) :  10 to 12
  • Heeng (Asafoetida)                            :   ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
Method:
  • Dry roast Red chillies on a Pan. Add salt to it and Dry grind it
  • Then add Garlic to it and grind again
  • Add Heeng(Asafoetida) and blend again for a minute
  • You can also dry Coconut, Til (Sesame seeds) and Peanuts (all are optional)
  • Our Garlic Chutney is ready to serve with Vada Pav
