GARLIC CHUTNEY
Ingredients:
- Garlic : 2 Big (Full garlic)
- Dry Red Chillies (Kashmiri Chillies) : 10 to 12
- Heeng (Asafoetida) : ¼ tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Dry
roast Red chillies on a Pan. Add salt to it and Dry grind it
- Then
add Garlic to it and grind again
- Add
Heeng(Asafoetida) and blend again for a minute
- You
can also dry Coconut, Til (Sesame seeds) and Peanuts (all are optional)
- Our
Garlic Chutney is ready to serve with Vada Pav
