Medu Vada
Ingredients:
- Urad Dal : 2 Cups
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak Udad Dal overnight or for 6 to 8 hours. Strain water & Grind dal to a fine paste .
- Add salt to the above batter & allow it to ferment
for 2 hours.
- Take Oil in a pan & fry the Vadas
- Medu vada is ready to serve.
- Serve with Sambhar & Coconut chutney
