Medu Vada

Ingredients:

  • Urad Dal                             :  2 Cups
  • Salt to taste                              
Method:


  • Soak Udad Dal overnight or for 6 to 8 hours.  Strain water & Grind dal to a  fine paste .
  • Add salt to the above batter & allow it to ferment for 2 hours.
  • Take Oil in a pan & fry the Vadas
  • Medu vada is ready to serve. 
  • Serve with Sambhar & Coconut chutney
