POT KULFI  :


Ingredients:

·        Milk                                    :      1 Litre
·        Sugar                                 :      1 cup
·        Elaichi/Cardamom  Powder    :      ½ tsp
·        Roasted Pistachios                :      ½ cup
·        Roasted Almonds                 :      ½ cup
·        Saffron strands                    :      15 to 20 strands
·        Fresh cream (Malai)                     :      1 cup
·        Corn Flour                           :      2 tsp

Method:

·        Take 1 litre Milk in a pan / vessel . Add sugar to this milk & boil it till the milk reduces to half the quantity .
·        Now add Saffron strands. Mix well
·        Add Dry fruits – like Roasted Pistachios & Roasted Almonds
·        Now add fresh cream . Mix well.
·        Add 2 tsp of corn flour to thicken the milk.
·        Allow the milk to cool and then pour this milk into the Kulfi Pots.
·        Keep these Kulfi pots in the Refrigerator /deep freeze for about 8 to 10 hours.

·        Your Pot Kulfi is ready to serve !!!v
