BESAN LADOO RECIPE - HOW TO MAKE BESAN LADOO - BESAN LADDU II बेसन लड्डु II BY VIJAYALAKSHMI II

BESAN LADOO RECIPE – HOW TO MAKE BESAN LADOO – 
BESAN LADDU - 

Ingredients:
• Besan (Gram Flour) or Laddu Besan : 2 Cups
• Powdered Sugar : 1 ½ Cup
• Ghee (clarified butter) : 1 ½ Cup
• Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) : 1 tsp
• Cashewnuts : 25 (broken into pieces)
• Almonds : 25 (broken into pieces)
• Pista (Pistachios) : 25 (broken into pieces)
• Water : 2 tsp (to sprinkle)
Method:
• Take a Pan / Hard Anodized Pan add 3/4th of Ghee. When the Ghee becomes hot, add Besan , mix well and keep stirring it till it becomes golden brown or till you get sweet smell. 
• Keep stirring continuously. When it turns golden brown sprinkle 2 tsp of water. Now keep stirring continuously till the froth is gone.
• Remove the Besan mixture in a big bowl. Add Cashewnuts, Almond and Elaichi/Cardamom powder. Mix well.
• When the mixture cools completely, add Powdered sugar . Mix well with spoon . Also mix well with hand.
• Make small balls of the besan mixture and make ladoos of your desired size. (small or big). 
• Besan Ladoo or Besan Laddu are ready to serve !!!
