COCONUT BARFI – NARIYAL BARFI :

Ingredients:

• Coconut : 2 cups (grated)
• Sugar : ½ cup
• Milk : ½ cup 
• Condensed Milk : 400 gms
• Ghee (clarified butter) : 2 tblsp
• Elaichi powder (cardamom powder): ¼ tsp
• Pista : 10 gms
• Cashewnuts : 15 to 20


Method:

• Take a Non-stick Pan. Add grated coconut – sugar – Milk & condensed milk. Let it cook on high heat till sugar melts. 
• Add Ghee/clarified butter and cardamom powder, finely chopped cashewnuts and pista. Stir continuously .
• Grease a plate. Spread out all the Barfi mixture evenly on this plate. Let it cool. 
• Cut it into desired square pieces. 
• Coconut Barfi is ready !!
